The Food Adventure

I should have known talking to that beautiful women was a bad idea. She had been walking on this cold night. Out of the darkness was this very tall man with a top hat, she couldn’t tell if that was her father that chasing her. She had a fear in her eyes until he walked closer and he introduced himself as Phileas Fogg. There was a wave of relief that came over her. He asked “my lady what are you running from?” all she could say was “from my father, from my father.” As they walked the streets all they could do is just stare at each other and talk about their lives. He was a business man who didn’t have any worries in the world. But for the lady she has been trying to get away from her so called “father.” Her father was an angry man who drank too much and when he would get angry he would lash out on her and her younger sister. Brutal beatings, and unimaginable torture is all she knew It was nice to be around such a humble man. As they walked and walked they came across Fogg’s favorite bar. The only bad thing is that this was her father’s favorite bar too. Fogg told her not to worry nothing would happen to her. She believed him. They walked into the bar and there was her father he wasn’t paying attention because he was eating Alfredo baguette chips and drinking his whiskey. As he put the chip to his mouth and looked straight at her. Her heart dropped. Her father came straight for her, Fogg tried to stop him but got knocked out by father and blood was gushing from his nose as he stared as her father dragged her out of the bar. That was the last time Phileas Fogg seen that beautiful women again. Her body was found a few days later. So in her memory he goes to the same bar and orders the Alfredo baguette chips just so he can remember her beautiful face.

Week 7 EOC; The Pitch

If you haven't heard of my new snack that is going to be coming out very soon The Alfredo Chip. It’s not an ordinary chip my friend it’s a baguette chip. In my industry there are a lot of people that don't have enough time in their day to even eat.  The Alfredo chip is easy to carry around and how can you just eat one? Why would you buy this product you say? Because it’s a tasty easy snack you can carry around no matter where you go. The best place you can just enjoy them at a bar with some drinks. There so many competitors out there that it’s hard to compete with them. Some of the advantages they have is that they are big companies like Lays, Snyder’s, and many more. They have the factory base they need and I am just a small business owner and I can't produce as much product as they can. When it comes to my competitors I don't ever displace any of them because in any business there is networking and I feel that we could work together and make each other better then tear each other down. What I’m offering is a snack that is light on your stomach and you could keep eating while you drink. I think that I'm need in this aspect because it is a great snack that I would love to share with everyone. I have a lot of people who work with me like chefs, who make the chips to see if that recipe will work. And I have accountants who keep the money in order, and a lot of employees who make the product so it could be delivered to the other stores. No matter what we want to keep the customer happy. We try achieve this with officiant deliveries and that the product is intact when delivered. We also pride ourselves by our products taste. It is always on point with taste. Our sales have been doing great we make close to $1,000,000,000 annually including the employees being paid. But there are a lot of other expenses like all the ingredients I need to make the chips, paying employees, utilities, rent for the property I rent, and many more expenses.        

Social Networks and Job Hunting

As we are in the "new ages" companies are finding out new ways to market they're products. These days we have social media, cell phones, and laptops. page 143. for marketers they have so many different ways to get a product out there and they use different tactics to see how people like the brand by going to social media and ambassadors then tap into friends, family, groups, and broader audiences through personal conversations, blogs, live event, and online social media. Page 142.
